When staying at the Radisson, if you are booking a room for the view, you will want to book at least a partial oceanview, if not deluxe oceanview.
Worried about overlooking a parking lot? The only rooms I can think of which overlook the parking lot would be the upper floors of the Curacao Building, furthest from the ocean, mainly on the south side. Actually the Riu's parking and building. They would also have a view of the ocean. Either way you would still have a partial oceanview.

Dh and I have stayed at the Hyatt once. Very nice resort, top notch as a matter of fact. Beautiful swimming pool with waterslide and swim up bar (if that is a deal maker or breaker for you).
Downside is the beach can get crowded and the rooms have only step out balconies, unless you go for the very big bucks and book an oceanfront suite.
