Aruba Cocktails

Aruba Smash

2 oz. Spiced Rum
1 oz. 7-Up
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
dash(es) Orange Bitters

Mix in a highball and serve over ice


2 oz. Gin
½ oz. White Curacao
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Orgeat Syrup (Orgeat syrup is a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar and rose water or orange flower water.)
½ Egg White

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Aruba Rum Punch

1 oz. Bacardi White Rum
1 oz. Mount Gay Barbados Rum
1 oz. Myer's Rum
2 dash(es) Bitters
1 splash(es) Grenadine
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Sour Mix

Pour into a hurricane glass with ice. Stir well. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
